The preparations for the 'Golaghat Book Fair and Literary Festival-2023' are in full swing.

The preparations for the 'Golaghat Book Fair and Literary Festival-2023' are in full swing. On Monday, an awareness rally was organised around Golaghat town about the Golaghat Book Fair, which will be place at Samannayshetra in Golaghat town from November 29 to December 6.

On Monday, the organiser of book fair organised a press conference in this respect. The book fair will be organised with the cooperation of the All Assam Book Publishers and Sellers Association, the Golaghat District Administration, numerous clubs and organisations, and individuals under the initiative of the Pachim Golaghat Xakha Sahitya Sabha, according to organising secretary Diganta Kumar Bhuyan.

On November 29, five thousand pupils from the educational institution will perform the song 'Puhar Bisari Jao' by Paragdhar Chaliha at the inauguration event of the Golaghat Book Fair. There have also been special arrangements made for the exhibition of the Braille edition. Similarly, students can study the Numaligarh refinery's bio-refinery model at the book fair.

Assam book publishers, as well as those from other states including as Kolkata, Delhi, and Haryana, have confirmed their participation. An organiser, the Pachim Golaghat Shakha Sahitya Sabha, has requested the presence and cooperation of the people of Assam.
